Spreading the Word on Warm Bodies
We just finished a second printing of the popular WOW Hall tee shirts and hoodies with big logo
prints and pocket logos on the front of the hoodies. This time for The Country Fair, a batch of women's tank tops were done with a
pocket logo for the staff. They turned out great! White ink on black is the most popular combination and one I highly recommend.
Our apparel always has bright white printing with no blotchiness...very solid white, even on the ultra-black material. I always
recommend 100% cotton, but a mixture of mostly cotton is usually okay, especially in the hoodies.
Bambini stores for babies and toddlers is a great place to purchase clothing, games and just
about anything you need for your children. The stores are packed with well organized, super high-quality merchandise, and they
recently commisioned Iconoguy to create a couple of novelty shirts for babies in a variety of sizes and colors. Here are two
samples of the new, hilarious tee shirts. Find the stores at 29th and Willamette & 5th and Charnleton, downtown.
At Iconoguy, we go the extra mile to insure you are confident in your project before you "pull the trigger" to print up your
apparel. For Bambini, we obtained a sample tee shirt for the owners so that they could see that high quality product was the
only thing we provide. We also created multiple images of a variety of fonts and designs, and showed them what they would look
like, via images emailed to them, in a wide variety of ink colors and tee shirt colors, leaving nothing to chance. This enabled
our clients to go forward with confidence knowing they were in good hands and that the guesswork was taken out of the equation.
The Official 2006 Eugene Rodeo Tee
This rodeo tee was created using only 3 colors: black, blue & red. We were able to create the illustion of many more colors however,
by hand creation of halftone combinations in the graphics process. By doing so we made pink, grey and light and dark shading
throughout the design.
Here's the design the owners wanted for the back of the offical Highlands tee shirt. As you can
see, it's a dartboard, two cue sticks and an eightball at the bull's eye. Pretty clever, I thought. It was the manager's idea,
and a fun one to bring about to the level he wanted. We opted for a semi-rough look for the dartboard to give it a little
"edginess" that went well with the bright white on solid black tee.
Check out the 2006 GRRRLZ ROCK! tee. The design called for all of the shows plus all of the sponsor's logo's at the bottom.
In addition, we gave it a half-tone to simulate greys while still keeping the cost down to a single color, at a substantial savings
to the concert series budget. That way there were able to print more shirts, which they sold to help benefit girls trying to break
into the male-dominated rock music industry.
